Hi, I’m Ayesha — the owner and baker behind The Marriott Gluten Free Kitchen.
What started as a personal passion for creating delicious gluten-free treats quickly turned into something much bigger when I realised just how limited the options were for people living with coeliac disease or dietary requirements.As someone who understands the importance of trust when it comes to allergen-safe food, I wanted to create a space where customers could enjoy cakes and bakes without worrying about cross-contamination or hidden ingredients. At the heart of our business is a simple belief — everyone deserves to enjoy delicious sweet treats safely, without worrying about allergens or cross-contamination. We are a proudly 100% gluten-free, coeliac-friendly and nut-free bakery, specialising in homemade cakes, bakes and desserts that taste just as good (if not better!) than traditional treats. Our kitchen is completely gluten-free, giving our coeliac customers peace of mind that everything is made in a safe and dedicated environment.From indulgent cheesecakes and old school favourites to stuffed cookies, cupcakes and celebration cakes — everything we make is baked with care, quality ingredients and a real passion for what we do.
