About Us
Ayesha Marriott is a young baker, living in Nottingham. During two years of trial baking , she and her colleagues market tested various products, including vegan and gluten-free. But it was the "gluten free" product range that increasing numbers of people were requesting.
This gradually became the new bakery’s focus. Specific requests covered many “free from” aspects, especially gluten, dairy, soya, nuts, and wheat. And so, the Marriott Gluten Free Kitchen concept was created and brought to market.
Gluten-Free Treats
Our “Kitchen” does exactly what the name suggests. Our “gluten free” production unit is dedicated solely to hand-crafted baking of gluten free cookies, cakes and other treats. The aim is to bring our range of treats, freshly created, for the enjoyment of all, but especially those with identified intolerances or living with coeliac disease.
